Last updated 7 October 2026. This explains what Quigent collects through quigent.com and why.

What we collect

Demo test call: the mobile number you enter, the country code, and a record that a call was placed. We call that number once, from a number we own, to let you hear one of our voice agents.

Booking a demo: your name, email, an optional note, your time zone and the time you pick. We use them to create a calendar event and a Google Meet link, and to email you and our team.

Voice enquiry: audio you speak into the page after you press the orb, and the text transcript of the conversation.

Usage data: standard page-view analytics from Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

How we use it

To place the call or run the session you asked for, to schedule and confirm your demo, to reply to your enquiry, and to keep the service secure and free from abuse. We may use call transcripts and recordings to review and improve our agents.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your number for marketing calls. A test call is a one-off call you requested.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run the product: a telephony provider to place calls, Google for calendar, Meet and analytics, an email provider to send booking notices, a speech and language model provider to run the voice agent, and Vercel for hosting. They process data on our behalf and only to provide those services.

Consent and your choices

When you enter your number and press the call button, you are asking Quigent to call that number and agree to the call being handled by an AI voice agent. Only enter a number you own or are allowed to use.

You can ask us to delete your number, booking details, transcripts or recordings at any time, and you can tell us to stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it.
